Willie Ross a native of southwest Georgia, a disabled retired veteran who served his country for 20 Faithful and Honorable years in the United States Navy.

• A member of the Portsmouth Local Emergency Planning committee

• He as Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling (M.A.) with a Cognate in Addictions and Recovery.

Sylvia who serves alongside him is also a native of southwest Georgia, she has been employed for over 24 years with a non-profit organization that provides employment for persons with various with disabilities.
